The Spleen Center

This is our first and oldest awareness center, the intuitive sense of whether something is dangerous or not. It is connected to our immune system and it only operates in the now and has the capacity to alert you once! What that means is that if you don’t pay attention to the warning - you pay the price. 

Why is that? The splenic awareness is constantly present in the now and because of that, it can’t look back! That’s why you can’t ask it after it warned you: what was that? Because it will let you know that everything is fine, it already warned you about the danger, and can’t do so again because it is already paying attention to new possible threats to keep you safe!

This is the awareness that kept us alive for millions of years! Not only do humans have this center, but we also: mammals, birds, reptiles, insects, and plants have this center. That means that all of those forms of life can impact our well-being.
